People in San Diego
can not
Drive
when it rains.
It scares them.
They act as if they are driving in a massive blizzard!
Those who don't drive,
enjoy the rain
because
it
is a refreshing change of pace.
When you live in Southern California,
everybody says, 'It's so expensive there.'
I tell them that it is's just a
very expensive weather tax!
