Archaic Abasement ... Prostration... tough love and causing a rock bottom is murder and is more evil than the seven deadly sins!

Anger and hostility destroy our peace of mind. 

Anger chips away at our health and destroys the precious equilibrium of the mind.

A compassionate and pleasant attitude helps to restore our necessary balance.

I know, it sounds easier than it is.

But it isn't easy...or painless.

Who ever said it was?

I must learn to forgive...for My sake.

The memory and it's sharp  

after blow...hit me hard time and time again.

I'll be forever damaged.

I'll never forget.

Leave me alone!

But I must learn to cope and live with my damaged self....

and as the years go by;

I live with the hope

and deal with the pain in order to be able to reach some form of closure.

I will not live in the nightmare they created for me.

Forgive the Devil?

Only in order for Me to have control and own it.

It must have been exhausting being so evil towards me.

Imagine my Debilitation and Prostration!

Complete physical or mental exhaustion : COLLAPSE.

The process of being made powerless and the condition of powerlessness.

They did not hold back in their group bullying.

They tried to kill me...or at least hit rock bottom.

What a lovely demonstration of healthy  family love and relations!

Do not squander your time, 

self respect

piece of mind

to shed light on someone else's true colors.

Lack of Character always reveals itself 

in the end.
